HS Roundup: F-M discipline hockey scores three objectives for Lucy Fowler in defeating Whitesboro – syracuse.com

Lucy Fowler scored all three goals when the Fayetteville-Manlius field hockey team beat Whitesboro 3-0 on Thursday. Fowler now has six goals of the season as the Hornets (5-3-1) won their fifth game of the season.

Claire Grenis saved once and the F-M defense got their fifth shutout of the season.

Boys soccer

Manlius Pebble Hill 3, Heritage of Faith 1

Chance Mugabe scored all three goals for the Trojans (4-3). Mugabe now has seven goals this season.

Westmoreland / Oriskany 4, Utica Academy of Science 0

The Bulldogs scored two goals from Caleb Miller in their ninth win of the season. Tyle Crumb and Trevor Tambourino also scored one goal in the game.

New Hartford 3, Central Valley Academy 1

Gaetano Fornino scored two goals and Chase Giambrone added another for the victorious Spartans (8-2).

Poland 5, Little Falls / Dolgeville 0

Kade Ozog scored two goals and two assists as the tornadoes improved to 8-1 over the course of the season. Ozog now has 14 goals and six assists in the season.

Clinton 3, Mount Markham 0

Danny Frank, Samuel Costanzo and Jack Saunders all scored goals as the Warriors improved to 7-2.

Chittenango 2, Fabius-Pompeius 1

Andrew Albach and Brendon Barnard both scored a goal for the Bears (6-3).

East Syracuse Minoa 2, Cortland 0

The undefeated Spartans scored goals from Armin Osmanovic and Todd Durantini for their eighth straight win. ESM will face Fayetteville-Manlius in a game with two undefeated SCAC teams on Saturday at 11am.

Girls soccer

East Syracuse Minoa 5, Cortland 0

Leah Rehm scored two goals and Gianna Coccagnia added two assists as the Spartans won their eighth straight game of the season. ESM goalkeeper Isabelle Chavoustie made four saves and the defense achieved the second shutout in a row and the seventh of the year.

Marcellus 2, Mexico 0

Sara Mielnicki and Annalisa Bird each scored one goal when the Mustangs won (7-1). Josephine Leubner scored three saves in the game. This was the fourth shutout in a row and the sixth of the year for Marcellus.

Skaneateles 3, Bishop Ludden 0

Maddy Ramsgard, Grace Bailey and Tatum Pas’cal each scored one goal in the Lakers win (4-4).

Cicero-North Syracuse 3, West Genesee 0

The Northstars (6-2-1) scored goals from Brianna Dorrance, Emilee Rio and McKenna State as they recorded their fourth straight win and loss.

New Hartford 2, Central Valley Academy 0

Allison Falvo scored two goals and Anna Rayhill added another to lead the Spartans to their ninth straight win of the year.

Mia Allen recorded three saves and the New Hartford defense scored the sixth shutout in a row and the eighth of its season.
